These are exciting times at Quality Life Products! We are pleased to announce that our supplier, Health Watch, has joined the Phillips Electronics/Lifeline Company. The purchase was effective April 30. Phillips Lifeline is the largest provider of Personal Monitor and Alarm Service in the United States. They are recognized for having achieved a high level of service and quality, and we are thrilled to be a part of the Phillips/Lifeline family.

Even though our primary supplier has new ownership, we would like to assure you that none of the things that you have come to like about doing business with Quality Life Products will change. We are still your local, family owned and operated provider of "technologies for independent living." "We continue to offer the high level of customer service and customer care that you have come to expect, and we continue to provide the most advanced Personal Monitor and Alarm Service available. We currently do not foresee a price increase to our subscribers."

As your locally owned, independent provider, we continue to offer products and services from many manufacturers, allowing us to develop a complete product line that assures our subscriber's maximum protection.

In the last 12 months, Phillips Electronics has purchased the largest supplier of Personal Monitoring Service in the country (Lifeline) and the second largest provider in the country (Health Watch). They have indicated their desire to lead the industry through research and development, engineering, innovation and new technologies. We could not be more excited about being in a position to introduce you to these new developments.
